ACCOUNT ATM Machine You will find the "MONEY" button on the menu bar at the left-hand sideof your screen. Click on the word "MONEY" to enter into our finance area.You must first deposit funds into your EFS account and buy V-Chips beforeyou can begin playing the . Click on the "B" button"DEPOSIT" on the right to enter into the DEPOSIT area. After you have deposited your funds, you can purchase V-Chips up tothe amount of money that is currently in your account. V-Chips are thecurrency used in for all betting activities. Click on the"C" button "V-CHIP ACCOUNT" on the left side of the screen to enter intothe V-Chip area. Now hit the "B" button "BUY V-CHIPS" to complete yourtransaction. Once you are finished you will be ready to place a bet. Deposit To deposit funds into your EFS account, click on the "B" button "DEPOSIT"on the right side of the machine. The first step is to determine the paymenttype you wish to use. You will see a list of multiple ways to deposit fundsinto your account. Click on your preferred method of payment and clickon the "Choose Payment Type" button. This will take you into the actualdeposit area. Fill out the required fields with your relevant informationand click on the "Deposit Money" button. Important
Deposits by credit card happen instantlyand you will be able to wager within a few minutes. There is limit of 5 depositsper day with a $1000 24-hour limit and a $4000 monthly limit. To increase your monthlylimit to $5000 per month, please contact our Customer Service/TechnicalSupport.
On your very first deposit, you will be awarded a 10% bonus toyour account. Please note that this bonus will only be paid out after you have made bets equal to the amount of the initial deposit. V-Chips are the units of currency used within the environment.In order to place any wagers you must have a V-Chip balance. After youhave deposited money into your EFS account you will be able to purchaseV-Chips. Click on the "C" on the left side of the ATM Machine for "V-CHIPACCOUNT." Next Select "A" on the left side for "Buy V-Chips" button tobuy V-Chips. Simply enter the amount of V-Chips you wish to purchase andclick on the "D" on the right side to select "ENTER." V-Chips are the units of currency used within the environment.In order
to withdraw funds you must first sell your V-Chips. This willadd to the
balance in your EFS account. Click on the "C" on the left sideof the ATM
Machine for "V-CHIP ACCOUNT." Select "C" again for the "SELLV-CHIPS" button
to sell V-Chips. Simply enter the amount of V-Chips youwish to sell and
click on the "D" on the right side to select "ENTER."
When withdrawing from your EFS account back to your credit card, you maywithdraw up to the amount that you have deposited via credit card in thelifetime of your accounts with EFS Caribbean. However, when you have withdrawnup to this amount, any remaining funds must be withdrawn via cheque. Thereis a $20 minimum per withdrawal. The amount withdrawn to the credit cardshould appear within 3-5 days. The cheque should appear within 2-4 weeks. To withdraw funds from your EFS account, sell your V-Chips to your EFSaccount and then proceed with the withdrawal. You must have the PIN numberwhich is emailed to you the following business day after your first deposit.In the ATM Machine select "C" on the right side for "Withdraw." Once youhave done this, please enter your PIN number and the amount you would liketo withdraw. You may then hit "Submit", and your withdrawal will be processed.An email notification will be sent on processing. To look at your prior betting and account history click on the "D" button"REPORTS" on the right-hand side of the machine. You will then have 3 options:EFS Account History, Betting History and Personal Options. Click on thecorresponding letter on the right side of the machine to view your choice. |
